How it all works
Strategic briefing
During phase 1 we analyse the requirements of the client and seek to define a clear strategy for the particular project.
Information Gathering
Based on the strategic brief which has been collated we then set about information gathering.
Concept Design
We take forward all the information gathered in phase 1 and 2 to prepare initial concept ideas.
Schema Design
This would normally result in a sign off process agreeing key points to enable the concept design process to progress into scheme design and then eventually detailed design.
Detail Design
Final designs are drawn up, building regulations application, cost analysis, consultations take place plus much more.
Implementation
Project begins with all parties agreed and informed, health and safety checks, procurement and so forth.
Support
Reporting of any issues to all parties involved. Assistance with any external sub contractors requiring information or assistance.
Feedback
Meetings to discuss project budgets and discuss any sign off’s and future adjustments.
Health and Safety + Tradesmen Competency
All of our engineers are health & safety trained and hold CSCS Cards relative to their area of works. SRS are NICEIC registered commercial electrical contractors.
Our refurbishment team can advise on all aspects of health & safety, aiding the client with their legal duties under ‘The Construction Design & Management Regulations 2015.
